Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Break the Locks, Jay Kitamura's coaching business (“we”), collects on breakthelocks.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you request an Access Call: your name, email, phone number, city, which assessment you have taken, what you are interested in, and your written answers.
- When you apply to be on LOCKBREAKER: everything you type into the application, including your name, email, phone number, where you are based, your written answers, whether you can travel to the studio, and any link you share.
- When you ask Jay to speak: your name, your group, your contact details and the event details you give us.
- When you join a list (the weekly letter, the Lock Score launch, episode alerts, the free chapter or the workshop): your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
- Automatically: your IP address, browser type, the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags on the link you arrived through. We use these to understand what brings people here and to block spam.
The Lock Score and the Purpose Finder run on separate platforms. Your answers there are covered by the privacy notice shown on those pages.
What we do with it
- Reply to your request and arrange your Access Call, talk or casting conversation.
- Send you what you asked for: the letter, the launch link, episode alerts, the chapter or workshop news.
- Read casting applications and decide whether to invite you onto the show. Nothing you write in an application is published. If you are invited, what gets filmed and shared is agreed with you before filming.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Requests and applications are kept while they are useful for the conversation they started. List signups are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete anything at any time.
Your choices
Email coaching@breakthelocks.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Every list email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored on a secured server. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Age
This site is for adults. You must be 18 or older to apply to be on the show or to request coaching. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
