About
Jay Kitamura
Best-selling author of The Four Keys and Break the Locks
Entrepreneur, mentor and the creator of Break the Locks.
For much of his life, Jay pursued the things we are taught should make us successful. Over time he realized you can accomplish more and still feel like something is missing. You can know exactly what you should do and still struggle to do it.
He spent seventeen years studying happiness, fulfillment, purpose and the subconscious mind, and watching his own life closely. A pattern kept showing up. Our greatest limitations are usually truths we accepted about ourselves long ago. He calls them locks.
The Four Keys came first, in 2022, describing the four desires under everything we want. Break the Locks followed in 2026 with the method for finding and breaking the patterns that keep us from them.
His goal hasn't changed since the start: to improve the lives of one million people by unlocking the doors to happiness, success and a fulfilling life.
The most powerful locks are not the ones you already know about. They are the ones you have mistaken for who you are.
