Reading your score

Every lock scores from 0 to 100, and higher means more locked. Your overall score is the average of all twelve. The number is meant to fall.

  1. 0 to 25 Open The lock isn't running much right now.
  2. 26 to 50 Loose It shows up under pressure.
  3. 51 to 75 Locked It shapes your decisions most days.
  4. 76 to 100 Sealed It feels like who you are.

Keymasters members retake the Lock Score at the start of the Journey, at week twelve, and at the end of the year, with the same statements every time.

A coaching tool, used honestly

The Lock Score shows you patterns so you can work on them. It isn't a psychological test and it doesn't diagnose anything.

Life satisfaction is measured with the Satisfaction With Life Scale by Ed Diener, Robert Emmons, Randy Larsen and Sharon Griffin (1985).

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel.

What happens to my email?

Your report goes to it, followed by a few short emails about what your result means and the weekly letter. Unsubscribe from any of them with one click.

Why do I only see three locks?

Three is what most people can work on at once. Your full picture, all twelve, is what you and Jay go through on an Access Call.

Can I take it again?

Yes. Give it a few months so the change has time to show.

What should I do with my result?

Start with the one thing to try this week. If you want to go further, request an Access Call and bring your report.
